The Business team handles the financial aspects of the team; namely our business plan, fundraising, the budget, and community events. In conjunction with the Chairman's team, Business works to recruit new team members, and find new companies to sponsor our team. Business works to create business plan that highlights the business-related aspects of the team itself.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintains a complete set of financial records for the team, including a general ledger and supporting files.
  • Prepares all fiscal and budgets reports, including monthly financial statements for all subteams, and all reports required for the annual audit, team meetings, and other agency reports.
  • Assist with the development or implementation of computer software programs necessary for an efficient budgeting, accounting, and reporting program.
